Collabify offers three plans: Starter at $499 MXN/month (up to 5 collaborations), Advanced at $2,499 MXN/month (up to 25 collaborations, most popular), and Enterprise with custom pricing for unlimited collaborations. All plans include automated contracts and a single consolidated invoice.

Collabify has over 6,300 verified active creators on the platform and more than 14,000 creators on the waitlist. Creators are verified and categorized by industry, location, audience size, and content type.

Each creator goes through a verification process that includes authenticating their social media accounts, validating audience demographic data, reviewing their content portfolio, and accepting the platform terms and conditions.

You can request TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product photography, unboxings, on-camera testimonials, lifestyle content, reviews, and more. Brands define the deliverable type in the brief and creators produce it in their authentic style.

Once a brief is published, you will typically receive creator applications within 24–48 hours. Selection and contracting can be completed in under 72 hours, depending on the number of creators needed and the campaign complexity.

Collabify uses an escrow system: the brand deposits the payment when approving the collaboration, and funds are only released to the creator once the brand approves the delivered content. This protects both parties and ensures payment corresponds to the completed work.
